Shipping Information

Most orders placed prior to 2pm AEDT will be shipped same day from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. Australia Post's standard delivery times can be found here: Australia Post –Domestic Delivery Estimator 2024

New Zealand Delivery:

Express Post: 2-5 business days
Standard Post: 4-7 business days

Postage Costs:

Standard delivery within Australia orders over $150: Free

Standard delivery to NZ for orders over $150: Free

Standard delivery within Australia for orders under $150: $11.99

Standard delivery to NZ for orders under $150: $15

Express shipping within Australia: $15

Express shipping to NZ: $20

Order Status and Tracking

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with Hunterboots.com.au, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please contact hello@hunterboots.com.au.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number which will work on both the Australia and New Zealand Post websites.

Cancelling Orders

At Hunter Boots, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
