Size/Fit Summary: True to size, Slim fit. If you are in-between sizes or want to wear a thick sock, it is recommended to size up.
Note: The elastic gusset is not fully waterproof.
The FSC®-certified Commando Chelsea Boot was crafted using natural rubber from forests independently audited to Forest Stewardship Council® standards. These 100% waterproof lower boots are handcrafted to strict standards to protect forests, as well as the animals and communities that depend on them. Crafted from natural FSC®-certified, vegan rubber, the 100% waterproof lower Commando Chelsea is an icon within our Original collection. Retaining all the beloved features of the Original Chelsea Boot, like the flexible gusset and Hunter grip, this new silhouette has a higher profile, reaching 15mm further up the leg. This women's black Chelsea boot style also features an updated recycled polyester lining and insole.

Returns
We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of the date of delivery with the following exclusions:
Full priced items - exchange, credit note or refund
Sale items - exchange or credit note
Final Sale items - cannot be returned unless faulty
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
